Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email with tracking information once it is dropped off to the shipping provider.

Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Some exceptions may be made if the product is damaged or something is wrong with the print. Please contact customer service if any issues arise. You can do so at info@ELEVN10.com.

** If contracting for design work, screen printing or photography a deposit of half the total price is required before starting.

FAQ'S

  • When can I expect my order to ship?
    Please allow up to 14 business days for orders to be processed. Once that happens you will receive an email with the tracking information.
  • Will you ever restock an item?
    Typically we do not do restocks. We make a limited amount of supply in each piece, normally 36. Once they are gone, they are gone. Some exceptions are made for branded pieces or if the demand of an item deems we do so. For the most part we try to avoid it to keep the supply limited.
  • Do you accept returns?
    No. All sales are final. In the event that there is an issue witjh the product and/or print, please contact our customer service at info@ELEVN10.com with pictures of the discrepency and we will get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
  • If I get a design done (ie: logo), do I own it?
    Yes. If we are hired to do a logo or any other design for you, once we are paid in full for the project, you own it fully unless otherwise discussed during the consulting process.
